.jpg) The Worklink Workforce Area of Anderson, Oconee and Pickens counties is expected to add over 4,000 jobs between 2006 and 2016, according to employment projections released by the South Carolina Department of Commerce. These in-demand career fields meet three specific criteria: a projected growth rate over 3% over the ten years, an increase of at least 25 jobs over that period and a current average salary level of at least $33,720 (2008 average for all jobs in the Worklink area).
