Adults (those 18 and older) and Dislocated Workers who cannot find a suitable job after using Core Services or are working but have not reached economic self-sufficiency may be registered to receive the second level of services, Intensive Services. Each individual enrolled in Intensive Services will have a case manager assigned to them to assist in the development of an individualized employment plan. Intensive Services may include comprehensive assessment/testing, career planning, counseling, expanded Core Services, GED preparation, and short-term skills upgrading. Case Managers are located in each OneStop Center.
