Those individuals who are still seeking employment after participating in both Core and Intensive Services and are determined to meet eligibility/priority of service guidelines may receive the third level of services, Training Services, when available. There are two options for Training Services: Classroom Training and On-the-Job Training. For classroom training, Individual Training Accounts (ITAs) will be issued to fund curriculum programs lasting two-years or less. The program must be for an occupation determined to be in demand and result in a degree, diploma, certification, and/or license. On-the-Job Training places participants in jobs and reimburses the company for a percentage of training expenses for up to 10 weeks.
