Pre-bidders’ Conferences for Eligibility, Coordination and other services:

WorkLink Workforce Investment Board will hold two Pre-bidders’ Conferences for requests for proposals for 10-WIA-02 Eligibility & OneStop Coordination and 10-WIA-03 Assessment, Intensive, Training & Follow-up Services for the Workforce Investment Act. It is not required that bidders attend the conference. Any questions received will be posted on the WorkLink website (www.worklinkweb.com) by 10 a.m. on Wednesday, April 21.

The Pre-bidders’  Conference for 10-WIA-02 Eligibility & OneStop Coordination will be held Monday, April 19, 2010, at 2 p.m. at the WorkLink office in the Center for Applied Technology, 511 Westinghouse Road, Pendleton, SC 29670.

The Pre-bidders’  Conference for 10-WIA-03 Assessment, Intensive, Training & Follow-up Services will be held Monday, April 19, 2010, at 3:30 p.m. at the WorkLink office in the Center for Applied Technology, 511 Westinghouse Road, Pendleton, SC  29670.

Any questions and/or requests for additional information must be submitted in writing via letter, e-mail or fax by Friday, April 16, 2010, at 3:00 p.m. Forward questions to Juanita Colman, Executive Director, WorkLink Workforce Investment Board, 511 Westinghouse Road, Pendleton, SC  29670; call (864) 646-1458, Relay Service dial 711 (TTY); fax to (864) 646-2814; or e-mail ncolman@worklinkweb.com.

If auxiliary aids and services are necessary for this conference, requests must be made to the WorkLink Workforce Investment Board within a reasonable period of time prior to the conference. No questions or requests for additional information will be accepted after the conference is adjourned and no questions can be answered by telephone at any time during the response period.
