OVERVIEW

WorkLink Workforce Investment Board offers an array of business services to the Tri-County region of Anderson, Oconee, and Pickens counties through the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) and OneStop Workforce Centers. Employers benefit from business services customized to each individual business’s needs, from training assistance to human resource issues. WorkLink provides the resources to help you monitor the labor market, expand your business, improve the effectiveness of your training dollars, and rapidly respond to potentially adverse company changes.

Training is available for new hires and incumbent workers with reimbursement or reduced costs to businesses that meet eligibility requirements for each program. Through partnerships with local and state organizations, WorkLink is able to offer an array of training options and provide additional services to help you assess your applicants using the standardized Test for Adult Basic Education (TABE) and the WorkKeys® assessment system.
