SC Works Centers set up by the federal government in 1998 to help job seekers become more self-sufficient by connecting them to training and jobs. WorkLink is the umbrella organization for the three centers located in the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce offices the in the Pendleton District - Anderson, Oconee and Pickens.
