(Clemson, S.C. – October 16, 2018) – The WorkLink Workforce Development Board, serving Anderson, Oconee, and Pickens Counties released three Requests for Proposals (RFP) on October 16, 2018.  The purpose of the Requests for Proposals is to competitively procure employment and training services under the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act of 2014 (WIOA).  Funds are available to provide One Stop Operations, Adult & Dislocated Worker Program Services, and On-the-Job Training Coordination Services.  Populations to be served include Adults & Dislocated Workers.

The deadline for receipt of the Proposals is no later than 3:00pm, Tuesday, December 11, 2018.  All proposals must be received and logged in at the Workforce Development Board office located at 1376 Tiger Blvd, Suite 102, Clemson, SC 29631.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions and receive answers.  A mandatory Bidders’ Conference will be held Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at the Pendleton Library located at 650 South Mechanic Street, Pendleton, SC 29670 at the following times: 1:00pm Adult & Dislocated Workers Services, 2:30pm On-the-Job Training Coordination Services,  & 3:45pm One Stop Operations. (Location may be subject to change due to construction. A notice of location change will be posted to the WorkLink website listed below by no later than 5pm on November 12, 2018. All potential bidders are encouraged to check the website below for updates.)

All questions must be received in writing via email to Jennifer Kelly, Assistant Director, at jkelly@worklinkweb.com no later than Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at 5:00pm.  Responses will be posted on the website listed below by 5:00pm, Thursday, November 8, 2018.  The purpose of this will be to provide offerors an opportunity to present questions and/or request additional information relative to this Request for Proposals.
